What happens after I submit my student insurance application?

After you submit your online application for the Sanitas International Students plan, you'll be asked to provide your university or college acceptance letter. Once we receive this, we will verify your course dates and send you the official insurance forms to sign.

Once you return the signed forms, we'll process your policy and approve it. After the policy is approved, we'll send you payment instructions. Once your payment is received and you've sent us a copy of the payment receipt, we'll send you your visa-compliant insurance certificate and all supporting documents.

Once your policy is activated, Sanitas sends you a text message with the link to the app.
