All you need to know about your Sanitas member card
Your Sanitas card identifies you as a Sanitas customer and gives you access to the services as per the plan that you have purchased. Upon arrival for an appointment, please ensure that you present your member card + Photo Identification to the receptionists´ of your preferred Sanitas service providers. In any case you are advised to carry your member card at all times in case urgent medical assistance is required.
On the reverse of your member card you will find the following important telephone numbers to manage your health:
customer service / emergency 24 hours / medical advice 24 hrs / assistance abroad.
If you lose your Sanitas member card then please call us on 952 835 600, we will void the lost card and send a new one by post. You can also re-order your card from within your MiSanitas account.
