I have a worldwide reimbursement option on my policy, how do i submit a claim?
Login to your MiSanitas account. Please login here.
Once logged in please hover your mouse over "Mis gestiones" in the top menu and then click "reembolsos" in the blue dropdown menu.
In the reimbursement section you will find a button for each type of reimbursement included in the coverage: medical, pharmacy, or both. Press the button that corresponds to the type of reimbursement that you want to request.
From there you will have to provide us with information about:
The beneficiary who has received the service.
The invoice for which you are requesting a refund. We advise you to have the invoice in front of you to enter the information required. In addition you have to attach the invoice, so we advise you to have it scanned (you can scan it or take a photo).
You will also need to scan and upload the medical report or prescription.
Confirm your bank account number in which you want the payment to be made, and the e-mail and telephone number in which you want us to notify you about the status of your refund.
