Clinica Santa Teresa is one of the smaller private hospital-style providers in Avila, but it is more substantial than a simple walk-in clinic. The main building brings together hospital and surgical services, central diagnostics and specialist care across seven floors, while the group also runs additional support centres elsewhere in the city. The hospital says it has 35 inpatient beds, more than 45 authorised specialties and core services including urgent care, radiology, laboratory testing, MRI, CT, oncology and digestive and cardiology testing, so it works well for patients who want a compact but multi-service private setting in Avila.

Getting there:

By bus: One of the most useful public transport options is Avila’s urban Line 3, which officially includes the stop Clinica Santa Teresa. The same route also links nearby points such as San Pedro Bautista, Puente de la Estacion, RENFE and the Estacion de Autobuses, which makes this entry more straightforward for patients arriving from elsewhere in the city.

By train or coach: Because the Line 3 route also passes RENFE and the bus station, the clinic is relatively practical for onward travel if you are coming into Avila by rail or coach rather than by car.

By car or taxi: The clinic sits in the eastern side of the urban area rather than deep inside Avila’s historic core, so access is usually easier than at tighter old-town locations. That can help with repeat visits, scans and short drop-offs.
