Estudios Analíticos Aplicados a la Clínica, S.L. (EAAC), trading as Análisis Centro Clínico Bienestar Salud (ACCBS), is a Sanitas-network clinical analysis laboratory. The town is served by Cercanías-feeder bus routes from Aravaca and Pozuelo and by Madrid bus lines 591 and 596 from Moncloa. Drivers can reach the site from the M-50 motorway via the M-513 exit; on-street parking is available on Avenida Nuevo Mundo and adjacent residential streets.
