Hospital Universitario Hospiten Rambla is a private general hospital in Santa Cruz de Tenerife with a broader clinical set-up than a small outpatient centre. Hospiten’s own hospital page says the centre has inpatient hospitalisation across six floors, a large outpatient consultation area with a wide portfolio of medical specialties, and a 24-hour emergency service available 365 days a year. Spain’s health centre register also lists it as a general hospital in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which makes it a practical option for patients who want private hospital-based assessment, urgent care and follow-up treatment in one established city location.

Getting there:
By car: The hospital is on Rambla de Santa Cruz in a central part of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, close to the port-side and city-centre corridor rather than out on a remote medical campus. That makes it relatively straightforward for taxi drop-offs and private car access, although it is worth allowing extra time for urban traffic and nearby parking, especially at busier times of day.
By bus: TITSA stop information for Rambla de Santa Cruz shows several useful bus connections for this part of the city, including lines 903, 905, 911, 920 and 923. That gives the hospital practical links with the wider Santa Cruz network and makes it easier for patients travelling in from surrounding districts without a car.
By tram: Tenerife’s tram Line 1 connects key hospitals, service areas and shopping zones across the metropolitan area, and the central Weyler section is one of the practical tram access points for this side of Santa Cruz. For many visitors, the final stretch from the tram corridor is then done on foot or by a short taxi ride.
