Hospital Los Madroños is a private hospital in Brunete on the western side of Madrid, with a broader clinical profile than a small local hospital and a particularly strong reputation in neurological rehabilitation. Alongside 24-hour general urgent care, the hospital also offers adult intensive care, inpatient hospitalisation, laboratory support, diagnostic imaging, an operating area and a wide external consultations service covering most medical and surgical specialties. One of its standout areas is the Unidad Avanzada de Neurorrehabilitacion, which treats patients in acute, subacute and chronic phases after brain or spinal injury, as well as people with other neurodegenerative conditions, with both inpatient and outpatient continuity of care.

Getting there:
The hospital is at kilometre 17.9 on the M-501 in Brunete, which makes it a much more car-friendly location than a dense urban hospital site. It is especially practical for patients coming from Brunete, Villanueva de la Cañada, Boadilla del Monte, Villaviciosa de Odon and other west Madrid areas using the M-501 and nearby M-600 approach roads. The hospital also states that there is free parking for patients, which helps with repeat appointments, family visits and drop-offs. For public transport, the nearest bus stops are around Eras - Arcos, Gta. Agricultores - Eras and Ctra. M-501 - El Ventorro, all within a short walk of the hospital. Bus lines serving this part of Brunete include 551, 575, 581 and 627, with additional wider local and regional connections shown in the Brunete transport plan. There is no nearby metro or tram stop, so bus, taxi or car is usually the most straightforward way to get there.
