1. Take Clear Photos Instead
Use your smartphone camera to take high-quality, well-lit photos of the required documents. Make sure all text is legible, and the entire page is visible with no cut-off edges or blurry areas.
2. Use a Scanning App
If you don’t have access to a scanner, you can download a free mobile scanning app such as Adobe Scan, Microsoft Lens, or CamScanner. These apps allow you to capture documents with your phone and automatically enhance them for clarity, converting them into PDF files.
3. Send via Email (if allowed)
Some Sanitas policies may allow you to send documents by email as an alternative. You can check with Sanitas customer service to confirm if this option is available for your plan.
4. Contact Customer Support
If you're still unable to submit your documents, reach out to Sanitas customer service through the Mi Sanitas app, the website, or by phone. They can provide alternative options based on your specific case.
5. Can I Post the Documents?
Postal submissions are not the standard method for Sanitas reimbursements and may not be accepted unless specifically instructed. However, if you cannot scan or take a digital photo of the documents, then you can post them to:
Sanitas
Apartado no. 732 F.D./2812696
28080 Madrid
When sending your documentation by post, you must still complete the online reimbursement request and include a printout of the confirmation page along with your documents.
