What happens after I submit my student insurance application?
After you submit your online application for the Sanitas Student plan, you’ll be asked to provide your university or college acceptance letter. Once we receive this, we will verify your course dates and send you the official insurance forms to sign.
Once you return the signed forms, we’ll process your policy and activate it. After the policy is activated, we’ll send you payment instructions. Once your payment is received and you've sent us a copy of the payment receipt, we’ll send you your visa-compliant insurance certificate and all supporting documents.
You’ll also receive a link to set up your Mi Sanitas online account, where you can access your policy and use digital services.
