In addition to receiving them by mail, you can also view your co-payment details anytime through the Mi Sanitas app, which provides a convenient way to monitor your healthcare expenses.
If you’d prefer to stop receiving paper statements and switch to digital-only notifications, you can update your preferences directly in the Mi Sanitas app by following these steps:
Open the Mi Sanitas app on your smartphone.
Tap on the “MORE” icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Select “Administrative Procedures” from the menu.
Tap on “Profile and Contact” to access your personal information settings.
Go to the notifications section.
Adjust your notification preferences to choose digital-only communications.
