How do I request reimbursement of medical expenses?
First of all login to your MiSanitas online account. Inside the reimbursement section there is an option to choose what kind of remibursement you are claiming.
To make a claim you will need to provide the following:
- Details of the insured person that has received the service.
- The invoice.
- The medical report or prescription.
- Details of the bank account where the remibursement is to be paid.
You will also need to take a scan or photo of the documents so you that you can upload them where requested. This process can also be undertaken by the Sanitas App.
