Are pre-existing conditions covered?

There is no blanket exclusion on pre-existing conditions, as our guide to pre-existing conditions explains. If you declare a condition on your application form, the Sanitas risk department assesses it with you, usually by telephone, then accepts it onto your policy or excludes it permanently.
