Do I need a Spanish bank account to pay?

No. You do not need a Spanish bank account to take out a policy. Once your policy has been approved we send you the payment instructions, and you can pay by credit card or by bank transfer.

The one exception is the Sanitas International Students plan, which is paid by bank transfer, or by credit card if you take a full-year contract and pay for it in advance.
