Access your Mi Sanitas account through the mobile app or online portal.

Tap on “More” or the three-line menu icon, usually found in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Select “Administrative Procedures” from the available menu options.
4. Tap on Reimbursements
Choose the “Reimbursements” section to access your submitted claims.

You’ll see a list of your refund requests, each marked with a status to indicate its progress.
